Day 01 : (Tuesday)  Yangon Arrival (L,D)

(If available)Excursion to Shwe Dagon Pagoda, one of the wonders of the world and the most venerated Buddhist Monument in Myanmar, where one can see the lifestyle of Myanmar People.Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

After lunch, visit to Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott’s Market) which closed on Mondays and publish holidays.

Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 02 : (Wednesday)  Yangon-Bagan: by flight (B,L,D)

Morning transfer to airport and take a flight to Bagan, the Ancient Capital and Birth place of Myanmar Culture . Morning sightseeing begins with visit to the Nyaung Oo Market; Shwezigon Pagoda, the prototype of later Myanmar satupas; Wetkyi-in Gubyakkyi Temple, with fine mural paintings of jataka scenes; Htilominlo Temple, noted for its plaster carvings and visit lacquerware factory.Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Afternoon visit begins with Ananda Temple, an architectural masterpiece resembling a Greek Cross; Thatbyinnyu, the highest of Bagan temples and to end the day with Bupaya Pagoda, a Pyu style pagoda on the brink of majestic Ayeyarwady (Irrawaddy River). Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 03 : (Thursday)  Bagan-Yandabo Village: by car (B,L,D)

Morning transfer by private car to Yandabo Village, about 2 hours driving distance.

Check in at Yandabo Home, it is the passage to everlasting memories overlooking the shores of Ayarwaddy River following the route Bagan-Mandalay or vice versa, Yandabo Home is gently nestled among the local houses of the charming Yandabo village; where its habitants live in harmony with nature and are well known in the country for their great skills in pottery making.

Afternoon visit to Yandabo village, a picturesque village that specializes in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war signed on Feb. 24, 1826. Visit ashore for a walk stopping at some pot-making workshops and to visit the school and the monastery.

Enjoy sunset time by walking along the river bank of Ayarwaddy River.

Dinner at hotel and overnight at Yandabo Home.

Day 04  : (Friday)  Yandabo Village-Mandalay: by car (B,L,D)

Morning transfer by private car arrangement to Mandalay, the last Capital of Myanmar monarch, it takes about 3 ½ hours. Upon arrival in Mandalay, directly transfer to Maha Muni Buddha Image and handy crafts workshops such as goldsmith, woodcarvings etc and Shwe Kyaung.

Lunch will be served at local restaurant. Check in at hotel.

After having lunch, excursion to Ancient Capital Amarapura, 11 Kilometers south of Mandalay visiting Mahagandayon monastery; 1.2 kilometer long U Bein Wooden Bridge and visit silk-weaving factory.

End up the day with Mandalay Hill, the vantage point for the view of Mandalay.

Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 05 : (Saturday)  Mandalay-Mingun-Inwa-Sagaing: by boat and car (B,L,D)

Morning excursion to Mingun, a village on the western bank of Ayeyarwaddy River. Tour highlights include Settawya Pagoda with a marble foot print of Buddha; Pondawyapaya, nearby the river; Pahtodawgyi, an enormous pile of bricks is all that remains of King Bodawpaya's grandiose scheme; Mingun Bell, the world's largest ringing bell weighing 90 tons; Mingun Village; and Shinbume Pagoda, most attractive pagoda built in 1816 by King Bodawpaya's grandson in memory of one of his wives.

Lunch at local restaurant. After coming back from Mingun, visit Inwa and Sagaing, a retreat for Buddhist devotees with numerous pagodas and monasteries. Return to Mandalay.

Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at Hotel.

Day 06 : (Sunday)  Mandalay-Heho: by flight / Heho-Inle: by car (B,L,D)

Morning transfer to Mandalay Airport for the flight to Heho. Transfer from Heho airport to Inle lake, well known for its scenic beauty and its unique leg rower. Tour highlights include Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda; wonderful floating gardens; native method of fishing; traditional weaving villages; and village life in the lake.

Lunch during visiting. (Please note that the floating market is once every 5 days, but may vary according to the Buddhist Sabathdays).

Dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 07 : (Monday) Inle-Heho: by car / Heho-Yangon: by flight (B,L)

Yangon-International departure in the evening

Breakfast at Hotel.

Morning transfer to Heho Airport to take return flight to Yangon. Upon arrival in Yangon, (only if the time is permits), Sule Pagoda for photo stop and Yangon City Centre.

Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Evening transfer to Yangon International Airport for the International Departure Flight. (eg TG 306: 19:45)

Program I: One night extension in Yangon

Program II: One night extension in Inle Lake

Day 07 : (Tuesday) Indein boat excursion (B,L,D)

Morning visit to Indein Pagoda complex is situated on the west bank of Inle Lake. The group of pagodas is built by Pa-O tribes. It takes about 1 ½ by boat from Nyaung Shwe. This is one of the scenic boat tours in Inle. When the boat reaches Indein market, walk along the covered stairway to reach 1050 hidden pagodas of Indein.

Lunch will be served at restaurant in the lake.

Dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 08 : (Wednesday) Inle-Heho: by car / Heho-Yangon: by flight (B,L)

Program III: Two nights extension in Loikaw + one night in Inle Lake

Day 07 : (Tuesday) Inle-Sagar: by boat / Sagar-Loikaw: by car (B,L,D)

Morning transfer for short visit by boat to Sagar lake “Thakaung Village” a rarely visited area south of Inle Lake. Then take private car for transfer to Loikaw, it takes about 4 hours drive. On the way to Loikaw, enjoying the breathing taking view of Shan Plateau, tea leaf plantations.

Lunch will be served on the way.

Arrive Loikaw and check in. Afternoon visit "Taung Kwe Zeti" scenically built on a hillock overlooking the vast expanse of the environs. You can watch desolately at the pilgrims and enjoy the marvelous landscape and sunset view from the top.

Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Loikaw.

Day 08 : (Wednesday) Loikaw & Surrounding (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel.

Early morning depart to groups of Panpae’ Village in order to catch about seven Padaung ladies before they go to the farm and visit around there.

Lunch will be served at the village.

Enjoy walking through the village. You will get insight into the unspoiled culture and traditional life-style of Padaung People. Ladies dressed in their richly decorated attire with the brass rings round their necks. The best time to see is in the late afternoon, when they came back from farm. Evening back to Loikaw.

Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Loikaw.

Day 09 : (Thursday) Loikaw-Inle: by car & boat (B,L,D)

Morning transfer to Nyaung Shwe by car to Inle Lake. On the way back, visit Aung Thapyay natural Cave. Enjoy the natural scene of Palaung village, Shan tea leaves plantation and local market (if available) along the way.

Lunch will be served at restaurant at local restaurant.

Dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel in Inle Lake.

Day 10 : (Friday) Inle-Heho: by car / Heho-Yangon: by flight (B,L)

Program IV: One night extension to Golden Rock

Day 07 : (Tuesday) Inle-Heho: by car / Heho-Yangon: by flight

Yangon-Kyaikhtiyo: by car (B,L,D)

Morning transfer to Heho Airport to take return flight to Yangon. Upon arrival in Yangon. Directly transfer to Kyaikhtiyo (Golden Rock) about 160km from Yangon (5/6hours drive), Visit en route traditional spirit shrines and Htauk Kyant War Cemetery of 27000 fallen soldiers of Second World War. Reach Kimpun Base Camp, trail head to The Upper camp.

Lunch will be served at local restaurant en route.

After that take a truck to Hermit Hill through lightly wooded mountains (about 45 minutes). From the upper truck terminal, 15 minutes walk to the Golden Rock Hotel/ 50 minutes walk to Mountain Top Hotel. Check in Hotel. About 50 mins walk from Golden Rock hotel/ about 15mins walk from Mountain Top to the Kyaikhtiyoe, a huge boulder completely covered with gold leaves and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff.

Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Kyaikhtiyo.

Day 08 : (Wednesday) Kyaikhtiyo-Bago-Yangon: by car (B,L)

Yangon-International departure in the evening

Morning take the truck back to the base camp and Drive back to Yangon. On the way visit Ancient Capital of Mon Nationals, Bago (Pegu). Tour highlights includes Shwemawdaw, one of the venerabe pagodas in Myanmar; Shwethalyaung reclining Buddha and four big Buddha Images of KyeikPun Pagoda.

Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Evening transfer to Yangon International Airport for the International Departure Flight. (eg TG 306: 19:45)

Tipping suggestions

It is depending on the groups' satisfactory on their services. Basically USD 5 per day per clients to the tour guides and USD 3 per day per clients to the drivers.

Camera fees

  • USD 2 ~ USD 5 depend on the places/pagodas.

Check-in/out time

  • Check-in time is 14:00
  • Check-out time is 12:00
  • Request for early check in and late check out is subject to availability

Day use, early check in and late check out

Day use room (check-in & check-out by 18:00 hours on the same day) will be charged at 50% to 100% of one night stay of the contract rate depending on the requested hotels and subject to availability.

Cancellation policy

  • 31 days prior arrival date: No cancellation fees
  • 30-15 days prior arrival date: 50% of the invoice total
  • 14 days onwards prior arrival date: 100% of the invoice total

Please note that some service providers may revised the cancellation policy especially in the high season if the demand is exceed than their availability. We will advise at the time of booking if there is any.
